Citrus Tree HQ is feeling more like a Mediterranean holiday resort than an office today. 😅

The coffee’s gone cold before we can drink it, the fans are working harder than a Monday morning operator licence audit, and everyone’s pretending they’re absolutely fine while slowly melting into their chairs.

BUT… the TMCPC continues today! 🚛📚

While the rest of the country is debating whether it’s acceptable to eat ice creams before 10am (it is), we’re back on Teams talking operators, compliance, legislation and all the fun stuff that keeps the haulage world moving.

Sunshine outside. Transport Managers inside. Slightly wilted… but committed. 😎

TMCPC is in full force this week… brains are working overtime, the coffee machine deserves employee of the month, and somehow Friday is STILL taking its sweet time getting here. ☕📚

But… there’s light at the end of the tunnel:

While the rest of the world is surviving on coffee and pretending to work, we’re over here genuinely excited because the Transport Manager CPC continues tomorrow!

Nothing says “living the dream” quite like tachographs, operator licences and legislation before 9am. Some people binge Netflix… we binge transport law.

Huge credit to our current TMCPC candidates too — still smiling, still standing, and somehow still talking to us after days of intensive training.

Roll on tomorrow. More learning, more laughs, and probably at least one conversation about drivers’ hours before breakfast.

Well… safe to say Microlise yesterday did not disappoint.

Craig had an absolutely brilliant day meeting so many amazing people from across the transport industry. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day pressures of haulage, but events like this are a great reminder of just how many passionate, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely people there are in our sector.

There were conversations about compliance, training, technology, industry challenges, new ideas… and probably a few too many coffees along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to stop and chat with us about our training notes, portal and courses. We really do appreciate every conversation, every laugh and every new connection made.

Now to unpack the bags, follow up on the exciting chats… and rest the feet.

After just a few too many chocolate eggs over Easter, we’re fairly certain the laptop screen is now looking a little… egg-shaped. Either that, or the sugar rush still hasn’t worn off.
