Saturday, 4th July - a space to release, and a space to restore.

We moved through Qi-Gong, breathing sounds, and closed with a cacao ceremony and guided bodywork - scanning the body for where we hold on, and finally letting it go.

This is the work. Slow, honest, and needed.

Join us next - Friday 10th and Saturday 11th July.

A miracle does not arrive the way you expect it.

It arrives as rain on a clear day. Drop by drop. On your arms. Until something in you understands why it came.

What I received was something I had been refusing for years.

Compassion.

Not as a concept. As a felt experience in the body. The kind that does not fix you. The kind that holds you. And in being held - you remember who you are underneath everything you have been carrying.

If this speaks to something in you - save it, share it, or simply let it land.

The work I guide women through begins exactly here - at the moment something in them is ready to let go.

Something special is blooming at Alexandra Palace Farm.

Every second Sunday, you'll find Loula and Miranda there - two women, two practices, one shared belief: that your body holds a story, and that you deserve a safe space to finally let it go.

Every woman who attends a BodyMindUP workshop leaves with a beautiful gift bag containing Miranda's Harmony Fusion oils, a handcrafted Aphrodite soy candle by , and a rose quartz crystal - a reminder that you were here, you were seen, and you are worthy of softness.

If you've been living on high alert - heart racing, body tense, and a mind that won't slow down - you are not broken. Your nervous system learned to protect you. It can also learn to rest.

Through breathwork, nervous system regulation, Qi-Gong, Polyvagal Therapy, NLP, and the massage, we help women gently rewire old stress responses, reconnect with themselves, and step into lasting transformation.

Most men know what they are. Very few know who they are.

I asked Gasat - Men's Circle Mentor & Masculine Identity Guide at BodyMindUP and Sonnar - what men struggle with most.

He named three things every time: → Relationships & gender → Identity → Purpose & meaning "It's more like what you are, not who you are - and that's where the struggle lives." This is what men's circles are for.

Part 2 of my interview series with Gasat at Sonnar. June workshop date dropping soon 👀

What happens to a relationship when a man joins a men's circle?

I sat down with Gasat - Men's Circle Mentor & Masculine Identity Guide at BodyMindUP and Sonar - to find out.

He shared something that stopped me mid-conversation: a woman reached out to him personally to say she had noticed a change in how her partner shows up in their relationship. She didn't ask him to change. He just did - because of the circle. "Because of the group, she believes that she's seen a change in how he shows up in the relationship."

That's the power of safe men, real vulnerability, and genuine community. This is part 1 of my interview series with Gasat at Sonar. More to come. The next workshop date in June is dropping soon - stay tuned.

A few weeks ago, - Brain Coach at - opened our Grief series with this:

"Let go. Shine on. Even now. Especially now."

Now the conversation continues — out loud.

Grief doesn't just live in loss. It lives in the unsaid, the unprocessed, the quietly avoided. Dima navigates it using Neuroplasticity, CBT, and RTT — tools that go where words alone cannot.

This series isn't about overcoming grief. It's about moving through it.

I used to argue with my dad constantly. Now I'd give anything to argue with him one more time. Grief isn't just the big moments you miss. It's the ordinary, slightly annoying, completely irreplaceable ones. If there's unresolved tension with someone you love - please, try to fix it. You truly never know.
