In case you missed the last one, we're hosting another Olympic Weightlifting Seminar.

If you’ve ever wanted to learn the Sn**ch and Clean & Jerk but didn’t know where to begin, this is for you.

Led by Coach Vanessa, you’ll be guided through the fundamentals so you can move safely, lift with intent, and feel ready to join our Olympic Weightlifting classes.

No experience needed, just come ready to learn.

Think of this as your entry point into Olympic lifting, designed specifically for beginners and those who have seen the lifts but never quite felt confident doing them. We’ll break everything down step by step, focusing on technique, positions, and building your confidence under the bar.

Full HYROX Sim at Base 13 🔥

Join and and take on a full solo race simulation using competition-standard equipment, with coaches on hand throughout to provide guidance, cues, and support as you move through the workout.

This is a 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗢 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 and stations will be adjusted for men's, women's, open and pro weights!

If you’re taking on HYROX, this is the perfect chance to test your race strategy, sharpen up station efficiency, and build confidence before race day.

Whether you’re a seasoned race pro or trying it out for the first time, this in-person event is the best way to test your runs, perfect your station technique, push your limits alongside others that share your passion for fitness.
