This year’s theme is 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, because raising awareness matters, but real change happens when we act on it.

At Potter R***r, we know how demanding the construction industry can be. That’s why we’re committed to making sure every person in our team has somewhere to turn.

We’re proud to have a team of trained 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 across the business, colleagues who are there to listen, support, and point people in the right direction when they need it most. As an Employee Ownership Trust, staying connected, informed and involved is central to how we work. Every quarter, 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗿𝗲𝘆 visits all our offices to share the latest wins, updates and plans, making sure every team, in every location, is part of the journey.

Yesterday was Beckenham’s turn. After the update, it was pizzas 🍕and games for some well-earned food, laughs and team fun.

It’s a great moment to celebrate our achievements, enjoy tasty treats and toast to another successful quarter, a perfect way to kick off the week with some team fun!

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: 𝗜𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀𝗼𝗻

This month, we’re proud to recognise 𝗜𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀𝗼𝗻 for his outstanding contribution at Potter R***r.

In December 2025, Ian was promoted to 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿, reflecting his dedication, expertise, and leadership. With 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀’ 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 delivering Building Surveying services for 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, Ian brings specialist knowledge in 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

Ian is also one of our 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀, using aerial surveying to enhance site assessments, a key service that helps us deliver more precise and efficient project outcomes. He also plays an important role in 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 and supporting the team’s wider training and development needs.

We’re looking forward to attending the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 (𝗖𝗖𝗦) 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 on 1st May 2026 at The Brewery, London, where the 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝟯 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 has been nominated.

We’ll be joining our project partners BW interiors, and to celebrate the achievement, and we’re wishing the project the very best of luck on the night.

This was a complex scheme delivered under a highly compressed design and construction programme, with works carefully planned around operational teaching periods and a phased handover to accommodate early‑stage access constraints. The project transformed Level 3 from a mixture of study and office space into new lecture theatres and enhanced teaching and study environments, supporting Imperial College London’s wider need to increase teaching capacity across campus.

We acted as the and were involved from Stage 1, negotiating the Contract Sum with the main contractor and providing full cost management services throughout. Our team delivered monthly cost reporting, budgeting for all project and fee costs, and advising on acceleration measures to support programme delivery. The project successfully completed in September 2025.

Looking forward to celebrating with the team and wishing the project all the luck at this year’s awards.
