We are proud to be supporting the delivery of Milton Place in Gravesend, a new residential development bringing 76 new homes to the heart of Gravesham town centre, including 61 social rent homes for over 55s.

Working on behalf of Gravesham Community Investment Partnership, a joint venture between Gravesham Borough Council and Hill Partnerships. We are providing Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s Agent, Investment Partnership Supervisor and Clerk of Works services across this JCT Design and Build contract with Principal Contractor Hill Partnerships Ltd.

The scheme, located on the site of a former town centre car park, will deliver a mix of tenures and unit types, with a strong focus on accessible and affordable housing for older residents, including wheelchair-accessible M4(3) units.

Construction is now underway, with forecast completion in April 2028.

𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗗𝗮𝘆

Last week we welcomed Beau, grandson of one of our Directors, for Year 7’s ‘Take Your Child to Work Day’, organised by Imberhorne School.

Beau spent the day finding out what life is really like in construction consultancy, getting an insight into the roles of a quantity surveyor, project manager and building surveyor. He sat in on meetings and even helped work through cost calculations for one
of our live projects.

Days like this matter to us. As an Employee Ownership Trust, investing in people is part of who we are, and that includes the next generation who might one day choose a career in our industry. Construction and surveying still aren’t always on young people’s radar as a career path, so getting the chance to show someone Beau’s age what the job actually involves, beyond the hard hat and hi-vis stereotype, is something we’re glad to support.
