The entrepreneur, whose credits include PizzaExpress and Patisserie Valerie, has become chairman and a “modest shareholder” of Oxford-based tech start-up TellTheChef. The business, devised by former restaurateur Andrew Norton, claims to simplify the handling of group bookings and pre-orders and counts Malmaison Hotels and the Royal Opera House among its customers."
