Keeping Father Christmas busy!!!

Coach Chris (St Albans) is a rugby player and a great coach but he ain’t a distance runner!! So this is a big challenge for him.

Chris will be running 5k a day for 5 days starting on 30th September to support a wonderful young lady called Erin. Erin is 12 years old and has a very rare, life changing form of Cancer. She is currently undergoing some fairly brutal treatment and will need a lot of physical and mental therapy as she comes out of this tough time.

We love sport. All sport and the hardest thing for Erin is not being able to the sport she loves most; dance.

Please support Chris by shouting at him if you see him out running and please also support Erin’s recovery with any donation you can.

Chris's last run will end on Bernards Heath, St Albans on Saturday 4th October at 9.30am, so if that’s your class, you can give him a big final cheer as he staggers over the finish line!
