About Mr Stuart Watson:
Stuart recently retired as Consultant Plastic Surgeon, in the Canniesburn Unit, Glasgow UK. He was consultant there for more than 26 years, and taught on more than 25 editions of the renowned Canniesburn Flap Course, and more than 50 editions of the Canniesburn Pre-Fellowship Course. More recently, he co-organised the Canniesburn Webinars during the pandemic, with these attracting audiences of up to 400 delegates from all around the world, and he has delivered multiple webinars for BFIRST, BBA and BAPRAS between 2020 and 2022 and also for the American Burn Association.
He continues to teach and train colleagues in UK and Africa, especially in Ghana and Malawi. He was recently invited to deliver the Gillies Lecture at BAPRAS Congress 2023.
