Our Head Office and fully-equipped Studio are in Covent Garden/Bloomsbury (Central London) where we run Teacher Training Courses, Workshops and over 35 Public Matwork and Reformer classes a week, as well as offering Private (1:1) and Studio Sessions. We have over 50 courses available with new courses being added on a regular basis. As a not for profit organisation, the Body Control Pilates Academy aims to provide the highest level of education for Pilates teachers, both in terms of course content and course tuition.
