Round 3 of The WYDB Bash takes place this Wednesday night (19:35 gmt) and we’re off for a nice couple of laps of the 2015 Richmond Worlds course. All abilities welcome and sign up link is in our bio 😇

Round 3 (The Hor d’Oeuves) was pretty punchy although it’s always a tough one every time we head to the KOM Afterparty in New York !
Round Four on the Bash is an old favourite - Two Bridges Loop (3 laps) Requested as a route by the humans of , it has become a favourite. Go from the top of the climb or hold it back till the finishing sprint ?

This Wednesday evening’s WYDB Bash is two laps of the Innsbrucking course so that means twice up the infamous ‘Leg Snapper’ climb. Perfect for putting his words to the test !

We’ve partnered up with the good people from for this run so the Cafe Bash becomes the WYDB Bash 🚴♀️ every Wednesday at 18:50 BST and running for 7 rounds. First round sees us back in Harrogate for two laps of the UCI Worlds Circuit reverse 🌈
