Have you ever carefully considered what you want to project when walking into a room full of potential clients or business opportunities?

If yes, do you actually follow through with it? Making sure to buy pieces that align with that goal?

Or are these just passing thoughts and when shopping time comes around, you just go and buy anything you like or anything that fits without considering the original plan? 😜

I see that happen a lot and it is one of the top reasons why your dream style hasn't come to life and why it is not being used to attract the opportunities you want.

Think of it this way, when you set out your quarterly/annual goals for the year, you set out a strategy and you follow that strategy in order to reach that goal, right?

If you don’t follow the strategic steps, you start putting your energy into all kinds of things that weren’t part of the original plan. How do you expect to reach your goal come to the end of the year?

Just like for your business, your style needs you to follow through with the original plan to reach the end goal.

So let me ask you, do you have a plan when it comes to your style and what you want to project? I'd love to hear your thoughts! 👇🏼

Let’s talk about SIZE, shall we? 🧐

Because of societal reasons, a majority of women put importance on the size they wear and hold on to fitting in a particular size.

I want you to change the story that you have been told all your life through subtle (and less subtle messages), that your body needs to be a certain size to be beautiful and considered desirable.

I want you to know and remind yourself as often as possible, that whatever you’re working with is enough. As a matter of fact, whatever you’re working with is perfect as it is. And there are plenty of clothes out there that will make you feel good in the body you have now, believe me.

Let go of the outdated idea that you should still fit in what you wore 6 or 8 years ago or before having kids, before the pandemic. You don’t! Weight fluctuation and transition is normal.

Plus I don’t know if you’ve realised the lack of consistency in clothes size. You’ll go in a shop and be a size 12, in the next shop a size 14 and the next one a size 10. Do you see how silly it is to try and fit into a particular number? They literally mean nothing.

Your body is good enough to be given love as it is now. Stop trying to make yourself feel bad on a daily holding onto clothes that are too small, staring at you as a daily reminder that you’re supposedly “not good enough” as you are right now. Let it go! It will feel amazing to let go, trust me!

Stop caring about the number and start dressing for yourself and your body as it is now and see your life literally change!

Raise your hand if you agree and are ready to let go of the pressure that comes with the size number? 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️👇🏼
