Most leads don’t convert instantly. They need multiple touchpoints before they’re ready. If you’re not tracking or following up, you’re losing potential clients without even realising it.

Do this:
Open a Google Sheet. List names of people who’ve asked about your services.
Set a 3-5 day reminder to follow up with value (NOT just “Hey, are you still interested?”).
Bonus: Personalise your follow-up! Remind them what they were interested in and offer a small next step (e.g., free resource, clarity call).
