More cycle maintenance training courses..! In addition to our courses at The Pastures Centre we now have a series of workshops at South Chingford Congregational Church. The first one is this Thursday, 20th July at 5.00pm. This is an introduction to cycle maintenance for beginners where you will learn how to remove and replace a wheel, tyre and inner tube and adjust your brakes.
