This is going to be a big fight!!!

Last night I spoke with a senior figure from the world of player recruitment regarding John Bostock. What was he (Bostock) like as a youngster? And why do you think he then became a journeyman pro?
Too much hype, over expectation for such a young player. Bad decisions made by his Agent / Family in placing him on a pedestal before he had experienced disappointment. Little stability within his career and constant change which at that age wasn't in his interest. Similar hype to Freddie Adu !!! Burst onto the scene and every club wanted a piece. Far too many distractions by outside influences.
This is a story that needs to be heeded as it is repeated constantly with many players.
