This morning, West Derby Explorers 1 have created some beautiful artwork based on ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ 🐛. They used various techniques like Foil Painting, brush paining and finger painting. This variation to the activity enabled the children to explore colours and textures promoting fine motor skills, observation skills, vocabulary and creativity. The children had so much fun 🤩 🐛

What an effort from the Southdene Staff Team for World Book day. The inspiration this year came from the lovely story ‘What the lady bird heard’ 🐞🐞. It was a fantastic day for everyone…. Well Done 📚🤩
