I'm Nicola Smith, Transformational Coach, Nurse, EFT, Matrix Reimprinting & HK Practitioner and my purpose is to help you to radiate with self-confidence, self-acceptance and joy! I have been assisting people to transform themselves and change their lives for the past 28 years. The motivation for what I do comes from having constantly witnessed the phenomenal transformations and changes that occur
in a person's life once they have had have accessed and released the past life issues, emotional blocks and limiting beliefs/perceptions that have been impacting them negatively, holding them back and keeping them stuck or unwell. My mission and passion is to assist and guide you to discover the innate wisdom, power and healing abilities you have within you to transform yourself so that you can rise up to be the truly wonderful, confident, inspired and empowered expression of yourself. I employ various techniques in my sessions, which are tailored to the individual and over the years I have discovered that EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Matrix Reimprinting and HK (Holographic Kinetics) are particularly fast and effective in creating change, so I utilize these in my practice. My expertise is in assisting women to overcome their insecurities, life challenges and limiting issues so that they can truly thrive as the exquisite magnificence they were born to be. Throughout my career, I've assisted countless women in reclaiming their confidence and finding fulfillment, joy and inner peace in their lives by providing compassionate support and expertise. disempowerment; lack of confidence; low self-esteem; low self-worth; appearance/body image issues; depression; anxiety; fears; phobias; trauma; abuse; addictions; health issues and relationship problems. I myself have overcome overwhelming anxiety, social phobia, thanataphobia (phobia of death), low self-esteem, low self-confidence, depression, irritable bowel syndrome and chronic fatigue syndrome. I can honestly say that for the past 10 years I have lived my life as a completely different version of myself (confident, empowered, resilient, relaxed, joyful, appreciative, optimistic, emotionally balanced) since using all the techniques I offer and I want to share them with you so you can achieve the same. No issue is ever too big or too small to be addressed......... if it's impacting you in a negative way then it's an issue that can be resolved!
