Sometimes it helps to be with other people who have similar experiences to you. The PEP team are employed by 4 different organisations; Barca-Leeds, Better Leeds Communities, MIND and Touchstone. They come from a range of backgrounds and have a great deal of knowledge of services that are available so can make finding the right thing for you much easier. Someone from the team can visit you at home or at the surgery to listen to your concerns and explore different options to help you manage your own health or do the things you would like to do but don’t know where to start.
