Site visits play a vital role in helping event planners assess the suitability of a destination for hosting large-scale events.
Especially for slightly lesser known destinations like ours, which is why we at Meet Devon South West England Limited bang the drum as loud as we can to enable us to be in the running for hosting such events - and it’s now starting to pay dividends.

We were delighted to host Gerry Dawson, MMII, QBS and IPBN member for a 3-day familiarisation trip to the where we were able to showcase a taster with a mix of accommodation providers from across the Bay, some larger venues as well as some smaller unique and quirky venues, numerous hospitality outlets plus meeting with key people at Torbay Council
