Transform Attic Loft Conversions

We’ve been keeping busy on two exciting projects this week!

In Lympstone, we’re making great progress on the loft conversion, insulation is going in and the first fix electrics are well underway. All on track and ready for the staircase installation next week! Can’t wait to see it all take shape as we move into the next phase.

Meanwhile, over in Otterton, it’s our final day on site after transforming this bungalow with a beautiful new extension and full interior renovation. It’s been a big project with an incredible result from structural changes to finishing touches, we’re proud of the transformation and excited to hand it over.

En Suite coming along nicely

Another beautiful day for a loft conversion! Our project in Exmouth is really taking shape and we are loving seeing the clients style ideas on how they want the space to look! Work has officially begun on our latest project a Hip to Gable loft conversion in beautiful Exmouth! This transformation will create a brand new bedroom with en suite, adding both space and value to our client’s home.

The sunshine couldn’t have arrived at a better time this week’s beautiful weather is perfect for getting stuck into the structural work. With the scaffolding up and the roof taking shape, everything is progressing smoothly.

And what a reward awaits at the top! The client will enjoy stunning views from their new window a perfect place to wake up and soak in the scenery every morning.
