Prime Numbers are delighted to be playing at Epsom Sounds Festival on the 20th of September. We also have a few friends playing and are looking forward to seeing our Bass Player Mark, playing with another band John Clachan & friends. Here’s the link:

Happy Wednesday! As the 20th of September crawls nearer, (but it's under a month now!) we're struggling to cram in a suitable briefing on all of the wonderful array of talent playing for you on the day.

Today, we want to tell you about John Clachan & Friends who are playing for us at 4 pm on the Marquis of Granby stage.
Here's a few words from JC himself:

"John Clachan & Friends' came together in 2019 to play songs from John's first CD of self-written material. 4 CDs later and the band still have great fun playing John's melodic, folksy mix of historical story songs, humorous numbers and songs of social comment.
The line up for the gig will be John Clachan (vocals & Irish flat back bouzouki), Mark Campbell (bass), Ben Hickman (violin), Martin Wayne (drums/percussion) - Dave Shires (accordion) is definitely part of the band, but not one you'll see on the 20th as unfortunately he can't make the performance.
There will be many chorus songs to join in with, good fun is the motto!"

There are home gigs and there are way gigs and Tge Leg of Mutton and Cauliflower will always be a home one, where someone in the Band used to do their under age drinking! Anyway, we always have a good night, love the crowd and are really looking forward to playing there next Saturday 10th May 😎. Will be playing from 9 o’clock so hope you can make it.
