As our Autumn 2019 term comes to a close we would like to say a huge thank you to our teacher Steinvor Palsson who has been working with PRIME since September. PRIME members have hugely enjoyed Steinvor’s teaching and choreography, and reworking their piece Carry on Dancing in rehearsals. You can see a wonderful snippet of the performance as part of our Christmas Show at Dance Base this Saturday! A huge thank you is also owed to Jeanine Byrne for designing the costumes, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with her.

PRIME TIME!
This Saturday (Sat 18 May) Dance Base open their beautiful studios and we invite you to join us for inspiring fun. Enjoy a gentle, enjoyable class designed for mature bodies, or join a mat class of easy Pilates exercises. Later on, there will be some wonderful short films from around the world, showing how older dancers are making and performing in the most surprising, poetic and dynamic ways. Then we will perform 'Rolling in the Deep', a work originally made in 2015 for the company which has been presented throughout the UK and internationally.
