Edinburgh's first exclusive gin distillery in over 150 years, was co-founded by Botanical Engineers, Marcus Pickering and Matt Gammell in 2013. Summerhall Distillery is home to Pickering's Gin and produces small batches of hand crafted, beautifully balanced, gins & other spirits.

Sip Local at Howies 🍸
We’ve partnered with the iconic institution Howies this spring as part of our Sip Local series, and the team have been getting seriously creative with Pickering’s Gin.
This delicious serve combines Pickering’s Gin, fresh lemon juice, and homemade honey & ginger syrup, finished with a dehydrated lemon slice and homemade cinder toffee garnish.
