Making the drinks, talking to guests, making sure every single one that comes across the bar is right.

This team work unbelievably hard week in, week out to create the atmosphere, service and standards that people know us for — and it was great to see that recognised on a national stage at the Scottish Entertainment & Hospitality Awards.

Bars are built on people.
The late nights, the stressful weekends, the prep, the cleaning, the creativity, the guest interactions, the energy behind the scenes… it all matters, and this group deserve huge credit for what they’ve helped build.

Seeing the team get dressed up, relax for a night and celebrate together honestly meant just as much as the award itself.

Very proud of what we’ve achieved so far — but we’re only getting started.

We stopped caring.

Phish Food takes everything you love — marshmallow, caramel, chocolate — and spikes it with espresso, cream and just enough alcohol to make it dangerous.

Topped with toasted s’mores because why not go all in?
