We're delighted to be back offering the Living Well with Prostate Cancer course with Maggie's Dundee starting from next week. The 6 week course, run in partnership with Maggie's Centres is open to any man affected by prostate cancer whatever stage of their prostate cancer journey and is completely free.

If you are living with prostate cancer, talking to others who are going through the same thing and having support can help you to not feel alone. There are several prostate cancer support groups around Scotland you can go to and meet other men on the same journey and have a chat. 🗣

The football season may be ending this weekend but we're just getting started! ⚽️

We're excited for Prostate FFIT to kick off on Monday 25th May with Dundee FC for the second time. Our programme is run in partnership with Dundee FC Community Trust and The SPFL Trust and is specially designed for men affected by prostate cancer. 💙

Prostate Scotland values you, whether you sit on our advisory group PAGES, are a Cancer Nurse Specialist, are involved in our Living Well courses at Maggie's Centres and Ayrshire Cancer Support or signpost men to our support services via our website. Thank you for all the amazing work you do! 😊

Only 3 weeks to go until we kick off the next season of Prostate FFIT with Dundee Football Club at Gardyne Campus! Sign up now and secure your position in the Dundee PFFIT 'squad'.

Prostate FFIT is a free exercise programme tailored to suit men with prostate cancer at any stage of their journey. Each session has a different focus around healthy eating and exercise and is suitable for all levels of fitness. Come along and meet like minded men who are going through the same thing. 🩵

A previous 'player' said: “It’s been an incredible experience. You’re on this journey with men who really understand. We speak openly, we support each other, we pick each other up when someone’s struggling. We encourage each other with treatment decisions and just get it, because we’re living it too.”

The 12 week programme starts on Monday 25th May and is run in partnership with Dundee FC Community Trust and The SPFL Trust
