We provide basketball specific strength and conditioning information to help you improve your performance on the court! We are an online resource that helps people learn about strength and conditioning and how to improve their physical performance. Unlike other channels, websites and programmes out there Limitless Performance Training shares content that is evidence based!
Here is a short clip from a virtual personal training session with three colleagues who were keen to stay connected with each other and keep fit during this time!
We did 15 minutes of core to start before a 20 min section focusing on strength and a 25 minute section of fitness.
