Pride Month 🌈

This Pride Month, we celebrate and stand with LGBTQ+ communities, recognising the importance of inclusion, respect and equality for all.

At Bield, we’re committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who lives and works in our communities.

Our Equality Network - an independent group run by tenants and supported by Bield - works alongside staff to improve awareness and understanding of the needs of people with protected characteristics, while helping shape inclusive services and campaigns.

We also support our Older People Rainbow Network - a virtual group connecting LGBT+ tenants living in housing for older people across Scotland. The group meets on the last Wednesday of each month and is open to anyone who would like to join.
