‼️Important information - UK Phone Emergency Alert Test on Sunday 7 September at 3pm.

📱You may have a phone hidden for safety reasons, please be aware that this alert will sound automatically - even if the phone is on silent or do not disturb - unless the alerts are disabled.

📳 A loud emergency alert will be sent to all compatible phones. Your phone may make a loud siren sound for 10 seconds, vibrate, and display a message. This may put survivors with hidden phones at risk.

🔕 There are different ways to opt out of test alerts: Go to Settings > Notifications > Emergency Alerts and move them to off (iPhone and Android instructions may vary - please see slides for instructions or visit: www.gov.uk/alerts/operator-testing -out)
