"Blowing a hoolie" Scots phrase to describe a strong wind derived from "hoolan", an Orkney word for wind. They should know, I've experienced hanging iut the washing in Orkney. It's a mission! The birds at Cramond were having a tough time taking off, glad I don't need to get on my bike today!

How's January everyone? Are we sticking to our resolutions? If you need an eye test it is funded by the NHS, we can make sure your eyes are healthy and discuss the impact of screens and hydration.
