Morning Edinburgh!
Still a few spaces available for family yoga on Sunday (24th March) at 11am - Lifecare Centre, Stockbridge.
These classes are suitable for children aged between 3 and 12 and their caregivers to come together to practice yoga.
Classes include postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.

Next Saturday (30th July) at 10am, I’ll be offering an hour of yoga to help raise funds for Ride for MND’s high 5 challenge.
This will be a gentle class, hosted online via zoom.
