Ageing Well Edinburgh
I joined our AW Let's Carry On Cycling group on Friday for a wonderful ride from Leamington Lift Bridge to Figgate Park with a wee stop off at Dr Neils Garden for obligatory coffee & cake๐
This has been set up as a progression from our Ageing Well level 1 and Level 2 courses and run by previous course participant and AW Volunteers to encourage anyone graduating from the courses to carry on cycling.
Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.
I can't recommend it highly enough ๐
