Results‼️
Here we have it 8 weeks later we have completed pushing your peak.
We are very happy with how the challenge has got us in better shape, feeling good mentally and going into Christmas with good daily habits.
We will be going into a full depth video later in the week to give our honest opinions and pros and cons to this challenge and who it would suit.
