Tightness on the right side with lower back stiffness. Limited range of motion. Waking up in pain during the night when laying flat.

After assessment, We went DEEP on the stretches and massage for 2 hours, freeing up her muscles and spine. Posture correction exercises given to strengthen the weak points. Mainly glute medius, right leg chain and core.

Hopefully she's feeling ready to lift her suitcase with ease.
