Over the years deaths and serious injuries have been suffered by persons falling from vans during loading and unloading. VEPS has been developed as a result of these incidents, and to address a need identified by Sheriff A D Miller during the Fatal Accident Enquiry into the death of Mr Graeme Duthie, a Joiner who died in a Forfar builders merchant's yard when he fell from his van whilst loading timber. Our patent has recently been granted, and we are now looking to attract the support of a development partner with experience in new product development in either Work at height solutions or the automotive components industry to work with us in taking the project forward
