Why is it I never seem to have time to photograph my makes properly?!

This is the blanket I designed and made my beautiful niece for her 3rd birthday 😊 it is already much loved so I tried to get a photo of it in situ ("tried" being the operative word here!) But it's so big I honestly couldn't fit it all into a picture 😂 need to get a stepladder! Good news is, it's so big it will do her for years to come! 💜 I would love to know what you think? So as some of you may know, I have a beautiful rottie.
So since she's a rottweiller, as you can imagine, she's quite big. However, she doesn't seem to realise/accept this.
She's very much of the "if I fits, I sits" mentality 😛
So whilst over at my mums, she spotted the small milk crate my mum had made into a bed for one of her Jack Russells...and decided it was HER bed. Much faffing and squeezing ensued and this was the result 😂
If you look to the right of said milk crate you'll see the oversized beanbag she could have layed upon instead....numpty.
