The eagle-eyed among you will have noticed the new issue of Checkpoint Charlie magazine was supposed to be out today, but ain't. There is a good reason for this, but I won't bore you with the details. The magazine will now be out MONDAY OCTOBER 8. As a way of an apology, I'll be giving out free vodka jelly shots at the next Checkpoint Charlie Presents night at Tin Pan Alley on Friday October 19.
