📌 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧?

There’s a useful GOV.UK service that allows you to get official proof that you receive certain UK benefits or your State Pension. Documents can be provided digitally or sent by post (𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑙 𝑐𝑜𝑝𝑖𝑒𝑠 𝑢𝑠𝑢𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 𝑎𝑟𝑟𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛 𝑎𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑑 𝑎 𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑘).

𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆 𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓:
• Attendance Allowance
• Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for adults
• Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) – all types
• Income Support
• Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA) – all types
• Pension Credit
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
• State Pension

If you need proof of Universal Credit, you’ll need to sign into your Universal Credit account instead.

Before starting, you’ll need to create a GOV.UK One Login account. You may also be asked to verify your identity, so having a passport or driving licence available may help.

𝑃𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑒 𝑛𝑜𝑡𝑒: this service cannot be used if you are an appointee or if you live outside the UK.
