Such beautiful scenery and amazing achievements this week from our amazing she runners!
We had lots of waterside adventures by the sea and lake, forest adventures with some fab trail running, Barry 10k and some heart rate training runs!
One runner commented on how lush it is to see the variety that this group accomplishes, and this week definitely did not disappoint!
Da iawn pawb!

First session back since London. Legs felt like actual lead. No spring, bounce or snap available whatsoever. How is it possible to feel like you lose so much fitness in a couple of weeks?!
I’m in the post marathon limbo now. It’s too early to “get back” to training, I don’t even want to, but my brain craves structure. I like knowing I’ve got a run to do and I like a plan telling me exactly what I should be doing.
Clearly I need an actual recovery plan 🤔
Not sure if I’ll run again this week now or not…
I do have a race next week though 🤦🏽♀️
