🚨 SMALL BATHROOM, BIG TRANSFORMATION! 🚨

🚿 ANOTHER EXCITING BATHROOM REFURBISHMENT UNDERWAY BY ROBEN DEVELOPMENTS LTD! 🏡🔨

At ROBEN Developments Ltd, we don’t just refurbish bathrooms — we work closely with our customers to design practical, modern spaces that make the most of every inch!

Our latest customer had a small, narrow bathroom with limited space. Rather than simply replacing what was already there, we sat down with the customer, discussed their ideas and worked together to create a design that will completely transform the room! 💡

🔨 SO WHAT’S THE PLAN?

✅ Opening Up the Ceiling – We’re removing the existing ceiling and utilising the wasted, unused loft space above to create a much higher ceiling, giving the bathroom a more spacious, open feel.

✅ Installing a Velux Roof Window – Bringing in natural daylight to brighten the room and make it feel bigger, lighter and more welcoming.

✅ Creating More Floor Space – We’re making clever use of an unused wardrobe in the adjoining bedroom! By opening up the bathroom wall and recessing the new basin and vanity unit into this space, we’ll free up valuable room within the bathroom.

✅ New L-Shaped Bath & Overhead Shower – Installing a modern L-shaped bath with an overhead shower and wall-mounted mixer controls, combining practicality with a stylish finish.

✅ Complete Modern Makeover – New bathroom fittings, wall finishes, flooring and finishing touches to bring the whole design together.

🔥 THE BEST PART?

We’re not extending the property or increasing its footprint. We’re simply making better use of the space that’s already there!

This is exactly what we aim to achieve at ROBEN Developments Ltd — working with our customers to find smart solutions that maximise space, improve functionality and completely transform their homes.

We’re only at the beginning, and there’s plenty more to come!
