Our daily habits shape our experience.
Have you ever stopped to think about whether or not your habits are serving you?

3 years ago, maybe more, I started to take a look at some of my habits and how they were or were not serving me. It was eye-opening really! I had clear goals but I hadn’t grown enough as a person in order to attain them then. I immediately implemented new ones.

I have noticed such a huge change since I have implemented gratitude into my daily routine. It takes literally a couple of minutes sometimes. SO easy to do to think of the things you are grateful each day. I write them down most of the time, or if I can’t get to my book then I will think before I get out of bed and often when I’m lying there in bed. I really urge you to consider it, it can feel a bit strange at first and sometimes a challenge to think of 3, so just start with one if that's the case. Before long you will see that you will be able to list lots that you're grateful for.
The other habit I introduced and consistently do every single day is personal development. I listen, read, tune into something that's helping me grow in the areas I want to develop in right now. It evolves over time and as I explore new things I like to dive deeper into those. I think if we’re honest with ourselves most of us would love to grow in certain areas. I can’t rate it highly enough, there's SO much out there in anything you want to know about. You can literally be, do and have anything you want!
