👋 Let me reintroduce myself.
Hi, I’m Le’Siran Edwards
Safeguarding Specialist, Trainer, Speaker, Coach and founder of the Black & Diverse Safeguarding Professionals Conference
I have over 26 years’ experience working with children, families and communities, including nearly 15 years in children’s social work.
My work focuses on helping social workers, safeguarding professionals and organisations create safer practice, stronger teams and more sustainable outcomes.
Through training, speaking, coaching, events and practical resources, I support professionals and organisations in the following areas:

• Anti-racism and belonging
• Workplace wellbeing
