And she absolutely smashed it! We missed this morning but hope she is feeling better soon! We're going for an all inclusive approach with gym sessions to top up the running too. Follow their progress over the next few weeks as we aim to hit that 5k before Christmas!
Beginner running sessions start this Saturday (13th November)! If you've been putting off signing up or know someone that has take that brave step today and get in contact! We would love to have you along and start working towards that first 5k!

We offer Strength and Conditioning coaching for anyone playing sport at any level who wants to improve.
Sessions can be one to one or group training if you want your team mates to join in.
Strength and conditioning sessions involve exercises designed to reduce your risk of injury in your spot whilst also training attributes that will enhance your performance.
Regular running groups for all abilities also meet weekly under the guidance of a qualified coach.
