How I got my skin this clear in 12 weeks..

Christmas got the better of me and everything took over my life as you can tell by my skin!!

Once my daughter birthday was out the way in January I started to focus on myself as me being a better me = me being a better mum to my babies! (The main goal!)

butt as you can see my skin was screamingggg at me!

&& my main focus was sort my skin, how could I rock up at work like this 🙈

Soo here’s how I cleared my skin!..
1- EXFOLIATION- 2 x a week at home + 1x facial exfoliation- 1x which a BHA exfoliator then 1x an enzyme peel! Removing all dead skin and dirt, make up, sweat setting into my skin! 🧽

2- ACNE BOOTCAMP - BIO REPEEL + High Frequency weekly for 6 weeks! Killing all bacteria in the skin and shredding all the dead skin build up! 🦠

3- ADDED SUPPLIMENTS - Biotin - Omega 3 - B12 injection - Vitamin d tablets 💊

4- INCREASED WATER - aimed for 2/3 litres a day! Which I’m normally good at but completely forgot about it 💧

5- REDUCED STRESS - Took 30-60 minutes for myself a day! Made how chilling with my notepad and a coffee alone can help! 🧘‍♀️

Had lots of new followers lately soo thought I’d say hi and share 10 personal facts about me ✌🏼🩷

1 - I’ve been with my husband since I was 13 (17years going strong) he is my biggest supporter! ❤️
2- I’ve got three children.. My eldest, 6 is blind and my babies are 10 months apart 2&3 🙃 & two dogs 🐶 🐶
3- My babygirl.. is my life 💖 helping my blind baby and other blind babies.. nothing more rewarding 🥹💛
4- I would hate to be called boring or dirty!🙈
5 - My favourite colour is red or lilac ❤️💜
6 - Im coffee obsessed!! With the longest order eva.. Oat milk cappinchino / flat white / cortado - extra shot with sugar free caramel plss 😇
7- Im the BIGGEST over thinker evaaa! We talk and ill be thinking about what I said for the next week && thinking I spoke too much 😂
8- I left school with 4 GCSCs but now have a skin degree! 👩‍🎓
9- MY sistaaa is MY fav person EVA! I’d be in a mental home without her! 💖 ♾️
10- After manyyyy job careers.. SKIN IS MY THING!!!! I’m obsessseddddd ✨
