Our breads are baked the old fashioned way, without the use of artificial additives or preservatives, using the traditional natural long fermentation recipes that give the bread its distinctive full-flavoured taste, much loved by our customers. We are passionate about what we do and our main focus is always on quality, authenticity and caring for people.
