And don’t forget, as this is your very own Boot Camp, you can request as much or as little exercise as you wish. How spoilt is that!

•07.00 - Rise and shine, with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice
•07.30 - Warm-up and stretch in the garden and/or early morning swim
•08.00 - Breakfast on terrace
•09.00 - Circuit training and kick- boxing in the garden
•10.30 – Rest and snack by pool, swim and sunbathe
•11.00 – Yoga in garden
•12.00 - Walk or speed walk into Vence, stroll around the historic town and walk back to villa
•13.30 - Healthy Mediterranean Lunch served around the pool or in the shady garden
•14.45 - Relax, sunbathe and swim, (this is a holiday too!)
•15.45 - Drive to Nice. Beach games and swim
•17.45 - Return to Villa
•18.15 - Refreshing home-made lemonade, wine or champagne served around the pool and catch-up on the day
•20.00 - Leisurely dinner on the terrace or in the garden

After dinner options include watching DVD’s, card or board games, late-night swims, or simply enjoy chatting with your friends outside, cherishing the warm nights, a luxury in itself.
