With everyone having to stay at home on lockdown to keep the world safe against COVID-19, it can be a little nerve-rackingand grueling at times.
Here's a home video for nice little yoga session you can do on your own.
I really enjoy videos cause they are so down to earth and make you feel like you're working with a whole community from the comfort of your own living room. I recommend doing the whole 30 day journey, but day 17 was particularly relaxing for me.
