β€’ A smile is worth a thousand words πŸ˜ƒβœ¨ & that smile says it all!

Well done Pete who raced Weymouth 70.3 on the weekend. πŸ‘πŸΌ
After months of grit, determination & dedication to training Pete took to the start line of his first middle distance triathlon. It was wet & windy with a cancelled swim but spirits were still high.

Pete had a fantastic race crossing the line in under 5 hours. We are so incredibly proud of you!!! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ”₯

Pete enjoyed it so much he is currently looking for his next 70.3

β€’ Today we are celebrating Chris

Chris went from Novice triathlete to Ironman finisher is 6 months. Not only did Chris finish his first Ironman in style (10th in his AG 🀯) but he has also qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Nice πŸ’₯πŸ‡«πŸ‡·πŸ‘πŸΌ

There is no one more dedicated & tenacious than Chris. It was a bit of hit and miss the last month on whether Chris would toe the start line due to injury. Chris stayed patient & listened to his body.

Chris had a magnificent race which he executed with pure perfection. Loving every moment and a smile never far from his face.

Chris’s Ironman journey and magnificent results is testament to hard work, consistency and dedication.

It just goes to show that with the right mindset and structured training great things can be achieved.

We are incredibly proud of you Chris! πŸ‘πŸΌ
Well done!!
