Role Description:
This is a part-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer based in Trondheim. The role includes providing technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and help desk support for our clients. The Information Technology Support Engineer will work closely with our clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems operate smoothly.

Qualifications:
-> Experience in Technical Support, Information Technology, Troubleshooting, and System Administration
-> Experience in Help Desk Support and Customer Service
-> Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
-> Ability to work independently and as a team player
-> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-> Knowledge of networks, servers, and operating systems
-> Experience with virtualization, cloud technologies, and security
-> Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA)
-> Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Scope of work: to move the antenna, that is allocated on the roof, based on the below drawing until the end of July (31.7.2022). Only the antenna should be moved - the CPE should remain intact. What are the expected charges? How long does it take to complete the antenna move?
