The GCF project “Climate-resilient food security for farming households across the Federated States of Micronesia” (SAP020, approved March 2021) is a multi-year project starting in January 2022 and is the first comprehensive national effort to focus on increasing the resilience of FSM’s most vulnerable communities to food insecurity in the face of climate change. Community outreach activities continued on 5/14/2026 at Nanpepper, Kolonia, where Mrs. Segal conducted a food processing and preservation training.
The training session brought together 12 mixed Zumba members who actively participated in fitness and wellness activities aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles, physical strength, and community engagement through exercise outreach efforts.
We extend our appreciation to Mrs. Segal for her dedication and continued commitment to supporting health and wellness initiatives within the community.
