USP Workforce Development Training Unit

The Workforce Development and Training Unit of USP’s Pacific TAFE recently completed a customised 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 for the staff of The University of the South Pacific on the 26th of May.

This in-house programme was tailored to address specific organisational needs and skills gaps, focusing on:
•Navigate and personalise Microsoft Outlook for efficient daily use.
•Compose, organise, and manage emails using productivity and communication tools.
•Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars effectively.
•Use contacts, tasks, and collaboration features to enhance workplace productivity.
