It's encouraging to see an institution such as Matavatucou - Queen Victoria School take lead in the walk & fight against gender based violence.
This initiative also encourages and promotes inclusion and cohesion of people with different abilities.
An amazing way to end the year and promote Sports Disability locally and internationally.

π NCPD Proud to Partner in the QVS Walkathon 2025! πββοΈπ
The National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD) is honoured to partner in this yearβs QVS Walkathon, happening on Saturday, 6 December 2025, at My Suva Picnic Park and along the Nasese seawall footpath from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
This inclusive, family-friendly initiative not only brings our communities together but also champions causes that matter deeply to us β inclusion, accessibility, and equal participation for all persons with disabilities.
Through this walkathon, NCPD will directly benefit from strengthened community engagement and increased awareness on gender-based violence prevention, inclusive sports, and promoting opportunities that empower persons with disabilities to thrive.
We kindly encourage all families, supporters, and community members to join us and support this meaningful collaboration.
π£ Please help spread the word! Share the official Walkathon Flyer across your social networks, workplaces, and community groups.
Together, letβs walk for inclusion, empowerment, and a stronger, safer Fiji. πβΏοΈ
