⭐️About CAFOR

CAFOR is a premier Pan-African organization dedicated to promoting the integration of communication and media into international development programs across Africa. Working closely with the African Union and various international partners, we focus on TVET, teacher development, and digital literacy to ensure no African child or youth is left behind in the digital age.

⭐️About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy, mission-driven IT Volunteer to support our digital infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a high-impact Pan-African organization environment, contributing to projects that shape the future of education and media across the African continent.

⭐️Key Responsibilities

● Systems Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting internal digital communication tools.
● Web Maintenance: Provide updates for the CAFOR website and digital library projects.
● Digital Security: Support data privacy and cybersecurity best practices.
● Collaboration: Work with the communications team on Pan-African webinars.
● Technical Documentation: Help create simple user guides for staff.

⭐️Qualifications

● Student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or Information Management.
● Familiarity with WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and Google Workspace.
● Strong problem-solving skills and remote-work discipline.
● Passion for Pan-African development and social impact.
● Fluency in English (French or Arabic is a major plus).
